We provide DTF and DTG printer diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for commercial printing equipment. Services may be performed on-site or remotely depending on the issue.

We do not guarantee that all equipment can be repaired.

 

2. Service Requests & Payment

  • A diagnostic/service fee may be required before work begins.
  • Additional labor, parts, or extended service will be quoted after inspection.
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Failure to pay may result in withheld equipment or service denial.

3. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees or warranties unless explicitly stated.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear
  • Ink system failures outside our control
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Downtime, lost revenue, or business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your equipment and issue
  • Ensure safe access to equipment
  • Follow maintenance recommendations after service

5. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability
  • Cancellations within [24 hours] may incur a fee
